Ok, thanks dfrosch.

I agree, shame on Lexus to have such failures (decal/paint peeling, sticky dash, trunk latch failure etc). With their vast R&D and parts sourcing, should've done a better job on these basic stuff.

Like any other Corporate, they wanted to be number one (by sales volume) in 2000s and compromised their very own DNA. Hope they learned a lesson and didn't repeat that on LS 500 or any 2018 models.
