I'll agree the Accord and the LS 460 are two completely different vehicles and there is no comparison but the Accord is like the energize bunny rabbit that goes on and on and on. The Accord very seldom break down, low upkeep and requires very little maintenance and very reliable for years and years to come. The 460 haven't reach that level.

I wouldn’t go that far. Accords have had a history of transmission failures, I have a buddy that has had many Accords, he’s had three that have had complete transmission failures before 80,000 miles, newest was a 2009.

Having driven Accords, quite frankly they’re not very nice cars. The latest ones are better but they are stiff and loud, interiors are cheap and thin. If they are marginally more reliable than an ls460, which I’m not convinced is true, it’s just a much, much more enjoyable car.

I’d rather drive an LS with 100k miles on it than a new accord.

These 2 cars should not even be compared together!!!!! The accord competes with the Camry.

There's more but here's just one example of info that there are issues with the Accords.

The greatest number of issues reported by CarComplaints.com respondents occurred in the eighth generation, Honda Accords built between 2008 and 2012. 2008 marked the highest number of complaints reported for any Honda Accord model year, all the way back to 1979 in the CarComplaints.com database, with 2,305 complaints reported for that model year.
The 2014 was also not recommended by Consumer Reports, due to reliability issues.
