Have not used those, but I highly recommend Arnott, if they have Lexus ones available. I have used them on a MB S500 with success, and they have a lifetime warranty, which they easily honored when one began leaking after 7 years.

AS-2855 is an Arnott engineered aftermarket air suspension strut for the front right or left hand side of the 2007-2016 Fourth Generation Lexus LS 460 with Rear-Wheel Drive, Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS). This new assembly replaces the O.E. strut and features a new, not remanufactured, custom-tuned shock absorber. The Arnott strut features a new heavy duty air bladder from ContiTech which is protected by an aluminum can along with a CNC-machined top mount and sealing cap made from aircraft-quality aluminum. This new air strut is assembled in the USA with Arnott's long-lasting seals, O-rings, bump stop, heavy-duty crimping rings, new air fitting and a dust boot to protect the shock.

All they do is put the bladder on the strut. Its Chinese, made in China, spin it however you want.

Hey, I've been looking into this myself. If you note, none of the chinese reman struts have part numbers for the AWD rears. I recently sent a message to two of the sellers requesting availability of awd rear struts.
Arnott does not make any rear struts for LS460.
