Default buying a 2007

Is there a big advantage between a 2007 and a 2010. I am looking at a 2007with 53k. Car is white and in excellent condition. Should I look for a 2010 instead

2010 saw the introduction of the sport model which had revised transmission tuning for faster shifts, stiffer suspension, upgraded Brembo brakes, unique interior, body kit and blacked out grille.

Generally you want to stay away from first year model vehicles, although I myself own an 07 and I've had nothing but excellent luck with it after 170,000 miles. But a 2010 should have all the kinks worked out of it, so I'd suggest going as new as possible.

I was in the same delima - ended up getting the 2010. One item that I found was the bluetooth connection. The 2007 only has phone audio connection via bluetooth where as the 2010 has both phone audio as well as media streaming. I can play podcast or have direct tv now streaming on my phone and the audio stream play via the cars radio. For me that was huge. Good luck.

If you're not going 2013, because you absolutely love the spindle grill then a 2007 is a good buy. According to basic Kbb assumptions: a 2007 with 50k miles is worth $15k private party and a 2010 would need to have 140k miles to price it at $15K. There are no gadgets worth 90,000 miles. A 50k miles 2010 should sell for $22k. Are there $7,000 worth of upgrades? That is the real question.

Easily fixed with a $15 bluetooth adapter.

No, it just connects to the Aux jack - you control the music from your phone. But it avoids plugging in and unplugging the phone every time you get in and out of the car.
