I never received a letter informing me that my 2007 IS 250 was included in the Dashboard warranty "enhancement". I have always taken my IS 250 in to the dealership every time I receive a letter and I didn't receiver a letter. I noticed a crack in my dash and when I called the dealership today they tell me I have to contact Lexus, which I did and was told it expired May 2017. My car is garage kept and has less than 70,000 miles on it. I have owned 5 Lexus vehicles and currently have 2, but this could be the last time I buy or recommend a Lexus. I would like an exception made to replace my dash as I never received the notice that was supposedly "snailed mailed"" to me.
