This is what doubles sound like about half throttle from inside with the windows up, might help you decide.

Sounds nice! I used to say the older I get the quieter I want my car. But this engine is too quiet.

I'd love a reminder that I have 380hp behind me. Adds a little sportiness and possibly a little exhilaration when pressing the gas!

Thanks for posting. Does anyone have the sound of the single throttle or has experience with both, please chime in.

Single Oliver vents were 2nd mod on my car after wheels/tires and have been on a little over 2.5 years with no issues whatsoever. Couple of my friends got the same after hearing mine. Audio doesn't come thru as good as in person obviously, but I hope these help. Sound is just right for me as I can hear it but don't have to turn up radio/audio volume to compensate. And at WOT, people outside will definitely hear it....especially when the trans downshifts.

I'll be honest. My opinion is that none of these videos capture the sound difference as well as it is in person. Maybe Gerf will agree with me (or not). I have (had) the same problem all along. None of my videos capture the sound well. I don't know, the mic just doesn't capture the full sound spectrum or something, dunno, I'm no audio expert.

There was one video that I thought caught the sound better than others. I think it was on my super-cheapie dash cam. The cheapie dash cam captures really great quality video, and the sound is good too. But it is tiny with a tiny screen and no BT connection. Anyway, that dash cam I was able to catch one drive where I thought the sound was as accurate as I've heard of any video.

I'll pull the car out here in the near future and capture a drive and if it still captures the sound well I'll post it.

Most people if not all are using phones to record so there will always be differences in sound. an external mic would help.

It's the device used to listen that matters more than what is used for recording. Adding some bass, even mid-range, would make a big difference. Regardless, one should be able to hear the sound difference between vents and stock on many laptop/desktop computers. Phones as well with some decent headphones or buds. I recorded my clips with a Sony DSC-WX9 camera.

I just listen to everyone's glowing praise for this mod. That's enough for me.

Oh oh, was driving on Deerfoot trail (freeway) today with my wife and she asked me why the car was roaring...going to take out one set and go to singles tomorrow and see how it goes.

Tell her it roars cause it's badass. Which it is.

When my wife tells me stuff like that, I say, "You're welcome!"
