Black all day. My old 1999 GS400 that I wished I kept. A Garage and layers of sealant and wax makes it easy to maintain. Dirt washes off instantly with water or can be lightly dusted. My cars stay like this all the time

My problem is I just don't have time or the desire to wash cars regularly myself anymore. I keep them clean all the time, use a california duster, QD/spray sealants and MF wipedowns, but when it comes to hand washing I just don't enjoy it, and I don't have time for it. So nowadays my cars get washed in an automatic carwash. Took the time to find the best one I could, but still, a black car would show the wear from that and silver/grey doesn't.

After owning a black pickup and a black motorcycle 25 years ago, I vowed to never own anything other than close to 'dirt colored' ever again.

Silver, champagne, and even white aren't bad at all.

I loves me some dark grey, and pretty much any pearlescent color, but my hand-washing days are mostly over. Just no time and local water restrictions.

I got the approval today. Man, I'm glad they did the right thing.

Glad it turned out to be to your liking! I went over that thing closely, probably drove the sales guy nuts. I definitely didn't want someone taking my opinion for something and I do a half *** job of looking for issues.

Aside from a truck driver who apparently can't load a car properly, I think it turned out well for you.

You did great. It's a process. It's gonna be good soon. Thanks again Sir.
