Default New 2010 LS 460 AWD owner- what should I be aware of?

Hello all!

I recently purchased a 2010 460 SWB AWD model. Black on black, 76k miles, clean history with regular maintenance done at Lexus. I got it for a good price due to the failing rear air struts (which I was aware of and had intentions of converting to coilovers). What are the issues, recalls, and general updates and fixes that I need to be aware of? I plan to take it to a local Lexus dealer for a general checkup and oil change. I am aware of an optional software / firmware update on the navigation and ML system, and I was hoping for everyone's input and guidance. I recall reading about a brake vibration issue (which I tend to feel in this car at times, even though the car brakes fine).
Appreciate it and thanks in advance!

Congratulations.

Door armrests may crack. Keep body oils away from armrests and then they should last long time. Use full sleeves or just don't put your arms there. (Unless your car options do include leather door armrests. In that case ignore what I said.)
I am not aware of any other issues.

Enjoy your car.

I don't know much but I had read on here somewhere to watch out for the control arms and sunroof seals.

There's an issue with the front OEM CV axles that causes a shaking sensation when decelerating between 60-45. The issue is more pronounced if your car is lowered, such as taking an off ramp after a long stretch above 65mph. Apparently the issue has a TSB out and they reworked the axles, but at almost $2K a piece I can live with a light shake.
