They will not because it is a custom job, but you have seen the pics of mine. It works great.

Sorry my phone cut off part of my reply. No my HVAC, and everything else works fine. I love it.

Imho felt so luck to find a non nav car. I was really happy due to the fact they become so antiquated. I would have loved having the Mark Levinson, but not enough to justify having a nav system. My Garmin and phone do me just fine.

I agree completely. Lol the factory nav IMO sucks, but I do enjoy the speakers (without the crappy Levinson amp). There is always a work around for any audio system as I have discovered over the years. It only matters to the owner of the car, not what everyone else thinks. Lol I am just a nerd who enjoys tearing his cars apart...

I have never heard anyone enjoy the stock lexus nav system. Even my Lexus dealership service consultant warned not to waste money upgrading the maps because the underlying nav intelligence is awful. If you ever run the nav and google maps at the same time you'll notice the nav routing is not just different but completely illogical at times.

Yes, it's terrible. I tried using it to go from Cleveland to Philadelphia, which is a pretty simple route, and it kept telling me to make turns onto highways that made no sense whatsoever. I'm back to using my phone and Google maps.

Default Update 3 to the factory Levinson system

Update 3 to the factory Levinson system. We added an Alpine iLX-F309 with a custom installation kit made from the factory CD that we mutilated.

Has anyone replaced junky GPS unit with Non Heater controls?

Think I am about to pull the trigger on a 08 LS 460 was thinking of taking out old GPS and having a custom panel made, using non gps heater/ac controls and moving them down while putting one of these alpines or a double din in same place as GPS screen.

Has anyone done this in California?

Thanks
