OK- the pic on the link you sent appears to show someone using a small brush which I have never used on my interior. I assumed it was ok to use something like a microfiber cloth/pad but just checking. Thanks-

Other than the label what would you suggest? I am open to expertise better than mine.

Seasoned detailer here. Honestly for interior panels you rarely need more than a damp microfiber to clean dust and debris off the interior. Should you need more cleaning power you can use any automotive all purpose cleaner (APC) with a soft brush (think soft toothbrush). For protectant I use 303 Aerospace. The company is becoming more mainstream so you should be able to find it locally. The product has UV protection which is key to interior protection since the sun does all kinds of damage and it also has a matte finish so there's no gloss or stickiness. Application is best done with a foam applicator so you don't waste a lot of product. Spray on the applicator then apply. Don't forget your rubber door seals.

Remember to put up your sun shades every day of the year, the sun's UV rays are at work all 365 days. Folks may look at you strange in the winter but.....

+2. Agreed. Also, stay away from pol based products on the dash. Not only will you get film and haze on the inside of your windshield over time from the evaporation, but I personally think it looks super tacky to have a glossy dash. Cough Armor-All.

+3 on 303 Aerospace. I use it on the seats, dash, door panels, exterior plastic trim and rubber seals. It works great and like P@PwrdbyM said it has the UV protection.

+4 on the 303 and I have used it for years on the interior......... HOWEVER, I now use SHIN ETSU grease on all my rubber weather stripping instead of the 303, a tube of this can do 3 cars and costs less than $20.

Has anyone suggested Zaino for the leather? The BMW guys love it. I've used it for over 10 years and it even makes the interior have a faux new car smell as well as protecting and conditioning. imho can't go wrong.

I use Aerospace 303 for everything from interior to the engine compartment. It's greatest thing ever.

303 is like WD-40. Jack of all trades, master of none.
