Default OEM parts vs after market

Hope everybody is having a good summer. I need to replace the lower control arms and sway bar links on my 07 LS460 with 133K on it. While my mechanic is at it I am going to have him replace my rotors and pads. I'm buying the parts and he is doing the install. My question is, should I buy OEM parts for all or should I buy aftermarket? I have not had great results with other mechanics doing the buy and install job. I don't mind spending money. I'm just looking for the best feel and ride. I read on the forum that the Centric premium rotors and the Centric Posi-Quiet Pads are good. What do you guys think?

Not really. The OEM Rotors are known for warping. Centric premium rotors and the Centric Posi-Quiet Pads is what I did on my car all around and I am very happy, as others will say.

As for the control arms, the newer models may be better than the old ones but, a mid line from Rockauto is just as good (again others will agree) and about 1/3 the price as the OEM.
