January 2018 I purchased a 2010 Lexus LS460 with 63k miles & mint condition. In June when it gets hot & humid here in Alabama I noticed my hands sticking to the door panel. Lexus refuses to replace the inferior product they installed in this $70k automobile. Any 2010 LS460 owners that Lexus replaced your sticky & deteriorating door panels out there??

I have a 2011 LS460L. I will say that mine is CPO car but that is not how they put in the claim. They said it was a Lexus "goodwill" repair because of defect. They replaced all 4 door panels and the dashboard. They claim cost was over $15,000. Free for me of course.

There are a few threads on this. It really depends on the dealer and the service specialist you deal with. Take it to another dealer or call corporate. I had to call corporate the first time and every time after I just reached out the the specialist at Lexus of Tampa Bay.
