so the dealer here is really dumb and I do not want to deal with them if I do not have to do I chose to do my oil change with a reputable shop that specialised in range rovers and such... so I assume since they are dealing with more expensive cars they can deal with my Lexus.
So out cars take 9.1 quarts which is basically 9 bottles + 0.1 quart.. but the guy used only 9 bottles and let another bottle untouched... should I go open the bottle and top up that 0.1 quart? how much is 0.1 quarts anyways? that's like 100 ml... or 94ml to be precise...
let me know guys.

It's unlikely that all the oil drained out of the engine, so 9 quarts should be fine. You can easily check the level on the dipstick to see if it's in the correct range.
I just had my first oil change done by my mechanic yesterday, and he put exactly 9 quarts in.

If it reads fine on the dipstick, it's fine. Like was said above, all of the oil didn't drain out.
