I paid $42.5 a year and half ago for a 2014 F Sport with those same options. Black/black/black,had 32K miles and a clean car fax report. It got the green light when I had an independent inspector see it. I thought I got a steal since everything close to these specs were around 55K. Anything in the 40K range had been in an accident. This was before the LS500 was released. Not sure if the new model drove down the price any.
Yours is certified which mine wasn't but I got a separate 7 year warranty through my CU.
I mean why not offer 41K? Heck offer 40K and see if you can get it between 41 and 42. Worst they can do is say now.
Because you can get a 3rd party bumper to bumper inspection for 150 bucks, and get the car shipped for 600 bucks you pretty much have the whole countries inventory to use as comps when you negotiate. I did that. The same car was in NJ and I told the sales guy the truth, yours costs a couple grand more. I can get it for less but I would rather not waste the money on shipping and a flight over to see it.
Also how long has it sat on the lot? Mine sat for over 5 months which worked out in my favor.

Dealership seems very firm on the current asking price at this time. They had it listed at $49,899 when it was first listed on 8/2 and have landed on the current ask of $43,494. Unless they will do something like add another 3 to 4 years to that standard 2 year L/Certified warranty with unlimited miles I am going to pass on it for now.

Wow that's pretty darn good price for 2015 F Sport. I guess I overpaid for mine when I bought it 3 years ago for 2013 SWB with 30k miles L/certified. It was $49k. Maybe the newer LS 500 model also depreciates the LS 460 models more than before.
When we traded our 2015 RX 350 3 months ago for a BMW M5, we also took a bigger hit because of the newer RX 350 model.
