Have you done any recent work to the car? Those codes can be caused by timing being off by one tooth, or usually dirty vvt actuator solenoids (or defective ones). Luckily there are easy things to check. Verify you have clean and full engine oil and the right viscosity, because the vvt sprocket and vvt solenoids are controlled by oil pressure and it needs to be right. Dirty oil will plug the screens and passages for these systems with sludge. Then use an ohm meter on the camshaft actuator solenoids and make sure they are not open or some ridiculous resistance. Somewhere around 14-18 ohms I think is normal. If they are good, pull the top cover and check your timing. Simply place the crank at tdc and look to see if the cam sprockets line up too.
