I've got the same symptoms...
- A/C system not coming on when the car is started (delayed about 1 minute)
- System always being reset to 75 degrees
- Heat not blowing on the passenger side
- Code B1441 "Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor Circuit (Passenger Side)"

But my coolant is topped off, and my reservoir is at the full line.

Should I replace the servo motor?

Possibly. Hard to know for sure. I may have just gotten lucky with the coolant. Might be a good idea to take it to a trusted shop to verify. Sorry, I know that’s not a great answer 😊

I replaced the servo motor, and that seems to have fixed the issue. I'll report back if anything else changes.
