It arrived. I'm happy.

Thanks, Cubby.
The LS 460 gets the MPG it does for a few reasons.
0.27 Cd
High performance V8
8-speed trans which allows said V8 to loaf along at 2K RPM while cruising at 80 MPH
The underbody is almost completely enclosed (for a passenger car), and that helps a TON. Automobile undercarriages are notoriously 'dirty' when it comes to air flow, and out-of-sight, out-of-mind.

I just never ever feel the changes either when driving. It it just so seamless in operation
I just enjoy the drive whenever I can get out on highway.
Love it.
Take care.

My old ones needed work done, first. PO curbed all of them, and one morning on I-35W, there was a rock I caught with the very edge of the LF wheel, leaving a nice little dent. I was hunting for five clean ones, which would have been less expensive than having all five of those repaired.
These, however, are...well, three of them...perfect. The fourth has probably 15 minutes, if that, worth of Dremel work required to make it perfectly smooth.
The 18" in the trunk is my experimentation wheel, as I'm using aircraft paint remover. That wheel, I could not care less about. Need to find a perfect 19" five-spoke to match the other four, and to put a new tire on it. The one back there is OEM. Only 7 years old, but I like five tire rotations.

Geez, it just keeps getting better. It's in such great shape - I really have to assume this dealer didn't know what they had on their hands given how they priced it. Given what you went through with your wreck, the stars aligned for you, and you deserve it.

I put this car through a few 'valuation' tools, and they left an easy $7K on the table, maybe $8K. Private party sale, in theory, I should be able to make $5K on it.
Even if the unibody damage notation in Autocheck is correct, the car tracks straight, all the shut lines are good, not one rattle/squeak, the paint matches, and there aren't any accidents noted around when it happened. The only 'accident' damage sounds exactly like someone scuffed the rear bumper's cover on a pole. Even that paint looks 100% original.
Plus, the frame/unibody note is early-2014 @ 15K miles. That was 60K miles ago, and only one owner, since.
I can't figure out where this damage would have been, which means, if it was fixed that well, I don't care.
"But...but...but resale!"
I didn't plan on owning another car after the last one, so it's not like I'm planning to let this one go.

Yep, I'm going to attempt polishing these.

It's amazing what a good body shop can do. I was rear ended 14 years ago in my (at the time) new-ish Acura TL. The car that hit me slid under the bumper and ruined the entire floor of the trunk. The removed the rear of the car and cut out the bottom. Welded a new trunk on, etc. I drove that car for over 13 years after that and never had a problem with it. Impossible to tell it was ever damaged. But, yeah, if I had tried to sell it I'm sure i would have taken a bath.
