The parts on either side of the NAV are part of the Dash.

The tan pieces on either side of the nav are part of the gray upper dash?

This is what a dash as a whole looks like.

Are the lighter colored pieces removable/replaceable separately or is everything attached as one unit?

I am guessing they are adhered to the plastic in some way. Probably heavy glue so i doubt you could pull them off.

Bummer! My dash isn't actually that bad. The tan parts look out if place next to new parts though.
I wish the dealer would have been more proactive in satisfying my interests. It would have been nice to have the treatment some others in here have enjoyed. But, at least something is being done.
Thanks for the clarification Johnny!

AZ, Did Lexus replace your armrest in the front as well & Do you have photos of the before? Question too, as a second owner of my 2011 LS, (And all maintenance was completed up to the 44k miles when I purchased the car) I am eligible as the second owner right? Its just purely off the VIN?

Thanks!

I am the second owner of my 2007 and replacement was authorized entirely based on vin (manufacture date) and a physical inspection. My front armrest on center console was not replaced and is original , but the console itself was replaced. I'll post up before pictures in a bit.

Yes. I replied in March 2020. They got me in the shop in August 2020, and the dealership in Raleigh, NC did a great job. They replaced EVERYTHING except my seats at no charge. I have a brand new interior.

Everything including the armrest, right?
The armrest in my '08 was replaced as well.
My SA said the console box is an assembly and should include the armrest.

I will double check all the panels in my car once spring comes up (warms up a little) and see if they get ANY bit sticky, as I have a "L" I don't think I am affected with this issue.

Gratz to all who got this and needed it.
David --

I have an '07 LS 460 (63000 miles) that I bought 2 years ago here (FLA), one owner, dealer serviced 100%.

The dash had been replaced before me, but apparently not the console since it's slightly sticky. I haven't gotten any notice about
replacement from Lexus. Can you fill me in and offer any advice?

By the way, I used to be a DavidinCT, -- lived in the northeast corner...
