Maintenance required dash light help needed

Maintenance required dash light help needed
how can I find out what is the "maintenance required" now that it is flashing on the dash? Also can I reset it after I find out wat is needed and perform whatever is needed?
I tried searching and.came up empty after reading other posts that contained the words maintenance required... any help would be appreciated
