That's crazy, I have never seen that before either... only the opposite (bulges).

I'm sure my old-school tire guy could figure out what went wrong if he were changing out the tire but he's nowhere near Ohio...

Looks like you hit something that deformed the tire's radial belts.

yeah I don’t recall hitting anything it’s a 295-25-22 ... it’s crazy I went change to my other wheels and seen this when I pulled these off. Could have been bad with the family in the car.
