I dropped my car off at 8:47 Saturday morning to have my transmission serviced and I was told it would take about three hours. At 1pm, I called and asked, what's the status of my car? I was told, it's almost done. When I didn't get a call back, I called again at 3pm and was told, the mechanic was finishing up. At 3:30, I went to see what the hold up was and found out the car hadn't been started. Now I'm very upset. I found the service manager, Kevin Johnson and asked him what possible explanation could you have for this situation? Well, there was a mix up and we'll get right on it now. It's been 7 hours now and I am so frustrated with this Service Department. This is the second time they had my car and both times, they found a way to fail in every way possible. I just don't know how you people justify this type of customer service.

I sent this to Toyota Corporate office and the regional Manager of the service department. Sad.
