I know
my car has the larger brakes with the larger rotors and calipers. I do get confused when I look at a local parts store such as Autozone or oreily auto parts and they say the brake pads are the same? For base and sport. Can someone please send me in the right direction since I don’t believe this is correct

Save yourself the angst. Get Stop-tech cryo treated rotors and EBC pads and you'll NEVER deal with brakes again. These sleds are murder on brake components and while you can go cheap, you will be going again.

Check out: www.placeforbrakes.com OR www.rockauto.com
I just ordered rotors, Akebono pads and sensors from Rock yesterday (lowest rate shipping) and everything arrived today at 2PM via Fed Ex...... Place for Brakes is great to deal with too so call them and speak to them directly.

Yes ignore those sites. If they list them the same. It usually means they dont carry a brand that makes the front brakes for the sport.
