2013 460 Remote Start at the dealer
I was told that I can bring my car to the dealer and they will enable remote start using the OEM keyfob - anybody have any details on that ? cost ?

On a 2013, I’m not so sure about enable as much as install. I don’t think this feature was enabled through software until years later. They will probably install a dball module. Same as Best Buy would do.
