I had the first real opportunity to exercise my 2013 SWB in Sport S+ mode tonight and I was left really impressed by how much a difference it actually makes in how the car handles and performs. Note that this would only apply to air suspension cars, I don't know (and haven't yet tested the regular S mode that they would have). It started out driving on about a 20 miles stretch of very hilly, curvy road in Amish County in Ohio. There are very few passing zones and the one pickup truck ahead of me decided to floor it as I was passing just be a douche. No match for the LS though but I came back over the line at 100+ just in time to have to trail brake into the upcoming curve. Set in Eco mode, the result wasn't that impressive. Lots of float and the car didn't feel very stable at that kind of angle and momentum.
Dial over to Sport S+. You could viscerally feel the difference immediately. The suspension tightened up as did the steering. The transmission and throttle response was immediate. It really was like an entirely different car. There weren't any other vehicles ahead of me and maintaining speed across the rest of the trip was a walk in the park. If you haven't really had the chance to push a car on curves in Sport S+, you need to give it a whirl. It's not your grandpa's 4500 pound sedan.

It is fun to drive it in S+ mode. I have a 2013 in Red Matador mica RWD. I just bought some cross drilled and slotted rotors for the front and back this month. We just finish installing it last weekend.
