Thanks for your great idea and information! That craft-line is sold when I was hesitating (damn it!)
I would probably get a regular LS460 (w/o air suspension) at the end of this month, or a craft-line if there is a new one post on sale in my area, hopefully!
And would you recommend an extended warranty for ls460? This is a 2014 LS460 base model, with 40000 miles on it. Everything done in local Lexus and there is no accident/repair. The price would be $2500/2 year or $4000/4 year (quite a lot). Really a lot and I am hesitating again!

I'm not a fan of extended warranties, but then, I DIY freakin' everything.

Here's my take. If you can't trust a 60k mile Lexus with a great service history for 3 more years or 36k miles, you are probably in the wrong car. That $3600 would have covered pretty much anything that could have gone wrong with one of these 4.5 Gen cars. My guess is that three years from now, you'll likely have not used that warranty a single time. My 2013 had 139k on the clock when I bought it last October. It's at 150k now and other than throwing tires on it when I bought it, I haven't done anything but change the oil. These cars are built that well. Now had you bought a 2007-2012 car, maybe at that point, I could see the warranty.
