Default Just got 08 LS 460 and made some changes

I just got my wife a 08 LS 460 about month and half ago, we liked the stock look but we decided to make some changes. Here is a list of the changes we have made and some we want to do in the future. Before and after pics are below.

-Tinted windows 15% all around
-Replaced corner swoosh lights with 6000k LED bulbs
-Replaced corner daytime running lights with 6000k HID bulbs
-Replaced fog lights with 6000k HID bulbs
-Replaced stock tail lights with Spec-D Smoke LED tail lights
-Glossy Black powder coat finish 18" stock rims
-Black & beige diamond quilt interior floor mats(NOT PICTURED)
-Also Replaced hood struts old ones were worn out(NOT PICTURED)

Future changes/improvements
-Grom VLine head unit kit
-Entire interior LED light swap
-Rear spoiler lip (if we want a more sporty/aggressive look)

PICS

Love the tail lights! I did a quick search and found them on Amazon for about $380. I'm not too knowledgeable on LEDs, but I recall seeing something about needing a resistor so the cars computer doesn't turn on the 'tail lamp out' warning due to their low voltage usage. Do you have that problem with these?

Thanks for the photos. Especially of the rims. Same car. Same rims. Chromed. Like the bling. Matches the lower door moldings.

The resistors come with the tail lights, they are very easy to install and I haven't had any problems so far.

I really like the mods. Especially the tail lights. How much does it cost do get the rims done and does it look a lot better in person?

I have the same interior color, dark blue exterior, I’m thinking about getting tinted windows and the rims in black looks intriguing. I just want to make sure it doesn’t look ghetto or like I’m trying to relive my youth lol. I’m 44 but am looking for a little modification. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the comment, it cost $480 to get the rims powder coated and in my opinion it looks better in person. But the kicker for me is when it is in motion it just looks so sleek. I’ll bet with your dark blue exterior and black rims would look really good.

loving those tail lights, i think they will look pretty good with the mods i have planned for my car. I have plans to either powder coat the rims i have now (same as yours) which is unlikely as I dont really like this design... most likely get a diff lexus 18" or 19" and powder coat those. and keep the ones i have now for winter.
