I had the same issue, they didn't replace my under panel near the push start either and it probably needed it. The rest of it looks awesome!

I called the service writer and he said that Lexus didn’t cover it so he could only replace what they covered. I’m about to call Lexus customer care and find out why it wasn’t. It should have been because it’s doing the same thing and now it looks awful because the panels right beside it make the crappy ones stand out more.

Mine does. I can’t get it clean and it’s sticky and chipped just like my others were. I’m calling Lexus customer care to see why it wasn’t covered. It stands out even more with the new panels right beside it. I just want to sell my car lol I’m not going to put up a fight. I’ll let the next owner do it lol. It’s not as bad as my door trim panels were but you can still tell old from new.

I have a 2009 LS460L.I was told to bring it in for inspection, back around Nov 2019. After the inspection, I was told they would be replacing every panel. It would take a while to receive the parts. All parts were replaced, except the l/r door panel.(which has an eta of 10/21/20.

My 08 was. Go to the link below and it gives you the details. You’ll need to go to a Lexus dealer and ask them about the ZLZ enhancement program and they will have to inspect and send to Lexus for approval.

If you are talking about the area under the start button. That area is part of the dash pad itself. Did you have the dash replaced too or was that not covered under the ZLZ?
