Took off my 5 spoke 19" Sport rims.

Just slapped on my FSport rims this eve. Combined weight of Tire and Rim is right at 53.x lbs... 245/45 19s on both sets....

Did a quick scale and the regular 19" Sport rims are right at 10 lbs per corner MORE weight. That's a LOT of ROTATING MASS! We'll see if that even shows on the Fuel Mileage... Currently at 21.5 mpg over the last 11K...

Turns out my good buy 5 spoke 19’s turned out to be rough. Lots of curb rash. One rims spoke had a deep groove in it.

three of the four were bent on the inner edge.

Oh well. Wheel store is straightening and repairing the rim edges and replating all four wheels.

Maybe, have'nt decided yet. One of them has a few light scratches on it. If i decide to put them back on them I'm getting them stripped and powdered or cerakoated in a darker (but not black) shade.
Also, what's a set of these worth nowadays?

For reference I recently bought a set of 4 chrome for $600. Thankfully, they were local and I didn't have to absorb shipping fees. The sellers were asking for 1k but a few had some curbing on the edges and they really were just looking to clear space in their storage unit. Based upon my basic inspection, I did not see any structural damages. I hope this holds true when I decide to mount them.

Please PM me if you do decide to sell. I would be interested in buying because I think the silver painted 5 spokes would look better on my LS. I have an 07' SWB with smoky granite mica paint color. What are your thoughts? Opinions?

I may be slightly biased, but I think it would look pretty good... (I have a 2010 LWB).

I think they will fit. Style is not for me as it is kind of a "busy" wheel with all those spokes. To each their own. I say go for it if you like the look and style of it.

Was about to buy them for $300 but they were in such bad curb rash state he gave em to me free so I spent about $400 to fix and powdercoat.
