Default 19" 5 spoke OEM rims LS460

I am in the process of shopping for an LS460. Right now I have a few I plan to go look at this weekend and might buy one of them. I really like these stock OEM rims. Looking nationally at listings, they were not that popular. So I have decided to just buy the car with the features and price I am looking for and then just get the rims separate. I always run a second set of winter rims and tires anyway, so I just plan to use the common stock 18" rims for winter tires.

I have found a few at junkyards, but not many. Ebay has some nice one's chromed but overpriced at $450 per rim. On the 2010 -2012, they seem to have been more chrome finish, and not the hyper-bright silver. While I like both, I like the chrome better. I might just buy some scuffs from a junkyard and have them refurbished and chromed.

If anyone on here bought new aftermarket rims and has a set they would sell, let me know.

Eric

Don't hold your breath no one gives up their 19s. People buy aftermarket wheels because they don't have the 5 spoke 19s. They figure for the same amount of money as oem 19s just buy bigger aftermarket wheels.

I've said this time and time again, the 19s Completely transforms the look of my car. They are just the right size and look

My favorites are def the 5-spoke 19's for sure. I hate the sport rims. I dont mind the 600 rims though.

Check out the "Vendor Marketplace" portion of the forum to see if anyone has them for sale. I remember a few months ago one of the members here were selling their wheels (19" 5 star). For what it's worth, those were also available on 2007-2009 but slightly less common as I believe they were part of a "touring" package. So you may want to also search back all the way to 2007 model year when trying to find those wheels.

Mine may be for sale soon, full set of 5 in chrome with new programmable TPMS and Pirelli P7's with under 1K miles on them. I say "may be" because the car is going up for sale soon and I'm going use those as bargaining chips to allow the buyer to bring the price down if they so choose; I'm willing to knock $750 off sale price but I'm keeping the 19's and will put the 18's with tires that need replaced back on it.

Shipping to WI may kill you, but you'd definitely get a better deal going this route than buying 5 new rims, 5 new TPMS sensors, and 5 new P7's. Selling at $1500+shipping.

I guarantee you, no one will want the car without the 19's. I tried selling my car a month ago with the option of switching to 18s for a lower price. They were attracted to my car primarily because of the 19s and I have the Comfort plus package. LS460 with 5 spoke 19s in the northeast is ultra rare and rare throughout the country

Of course, you wouldn't even be able to get new tires on the 18's for the difference in price if I keep the 19's. I just want to give folks some options if they decide to haggle over price. And I'm only willing to knock $750 off because then I have to go to the trouble of selling them separately and I'm just hoping they'll decide it's worth the full asking price to get the 19's with fresh rubber.

I picked up a set of OEM 19's for $500 from a member here. Flawless and off a 2012 with 35k miles. Tires were brand new Michelin's with 100 miles on them but did not come with TPMS

There is a guy selling some on eBay. Says they are OEM rims, bright silver color ones. He refurbishes them and chromes them. I have seen some cars with the chrome 5 spoke 19". He claims all of the chrome ones you see out there are aftermarket chrome. Anyone know if they were offered chrome from Lexus, or did that many people decide to take them off and have them chromed?
