Need more info!

Original owner?
How many miles?
Was the cooling system serviced recently?
How long has this "no heat problem" been going on?
What is the engine temp?
Did you try this in the Auto mode then trying to switch to Manual temp control?

My first guess: I think your coolant level is low or you have air in the system.

Being low any small amount will cause this. It is extremely sensitive.
