Considering a used LS460

Considering a used LS460
how's it going. Thought my wife and I would get in to an LX570 but ultimately we agreed to look at a used LS460 instead.
I've been watching the thread on the LS values dropping and I am surprised at some of the pricing I've been seeing. I remember a few years back looking at LS and walked away because of used prices back then.
I located a 2014 LS460 L, silver with black, and bamboo interior. It has complete Lexus dealer service history. One owner, no accidents but has 74k miles, which averages about 17k per year. Asking $27995 but I am sure there's room for negotiation.
Is this priced too high considering values keep dropping?
thanks,

not sure if the link posted correctly but here are some option. It does not have height adjustment suspension which is okay with me. How much lower to be a good price?
all other's I've seen are much higher due to lower miles, or with accidents, higher mileage or a color I am not interested in.

I'm a bit out of the loop on current prices since I'm not shopping, but that seems like a fair starting price to me, especially for the LWB. Miles wouldn't scare me at all. It can't be CPO above 60k or 70k miles if I remember correctly so you'll be on your own for repairs.

MMR on that car, adjusted for miles, region, color, and CR is $24,300. Average CR is 4.0, I lowered it to 3.5 to account for the front air dam damage. Shame on a Lexus dealer for not fixing that. At any rate, you'd want to be south of $26,300 and ideally at $25,500.

Lexus makes no sense in how these cars are optioned. My 2013 has the Ultra Luxury package, and yet does not have radar cruise or LKA. The LS should come with everything standard. For a flagship car, the vast majority of them are very under-optioned.
