best part is how easy to clean the car has become
Looks great! I have 3.0, I have to get around to installing it.

I tried to change the spark plugs today. I got Iridium TT plugs from AAP on sale. Unfortunately, I only managed to change three of them; passenger rear, passenger front, and driver front. I got frustrated with the lack of space and the difficulty of wedging out the spark plug tube seals from the valve cover.
The passenger rear plug was a little crustier than the others, with some carbon buildup. The plug gaps were on spec, however. Unknown if they were the original factory plugs or if they were replaced at some point. There was a triangle with an exclamation mark etched into the coil-side metal conductor of the plugs.

Anyhow, since the battery was disconnected for this dismal adventure, I had an excuse to take the car out for a leisurely and very gentle countryside drive after I buttoned the car back up with the three new spark plugs. I drove about 50 miles straight back and forth and here was the dashboard readout:

So I guess the cars state of tune is good enough for now. It’s as good as I can expect from an AWD with 215,000 miles. Although I know I’ll go back to getting 11mpg when zero degree weather hits and I’m commuting 1 mile to work again.

Worth it. You get 2 washable reusable filters. Engine response feels like it has improved immensely. I spun the wheels today taking off from a dead stop (traction control was on). I haven't managed to do that before.

Can't comment on mileage. I haven't bothered to document mileage prior to installing the TOM's filters. But it's plain to see that the TOM's filters have better airflow over stock Denso filters.

Replaced passenger side "garnish light" (yep that's what it is called) under warranty.

It is very faint ambient light. You would notice it at night when you turn on the car. Then it gradually fades away and becomes very dim. I didn't know it existed either until @SW17LS mentioned replacing it as DIY a few months back.

Interesting. I'm thinking I should look into putting a similar light in my glovebox, and turn the glovebox "gap" into something that looks like a feature of the car.
