Auto unlock issues with key fob

Has anyone here had trouble using the auto-unlock feature when in proximity to one of the passenger doors? Here's what is happening for me and it's periodic, so I cannot reproduce it continually:
When approaching the rear passenger door, the key fob in my hand, I will attempt to open the door latch and as I do I get repetitive beeps and the door will not unlock. I see both blinkers flashing on the dash while it's beeping 10 times. None of the other doors have this issue, just one. I can't unlock it via the "unlock" button on the key fob when this happens either. If I manually lock and unlock all the doors from the door switch I can then unlock it via key fob proximity or the "unlock" button on the key fob. It seems to only be an issue when the car sits for several hours.
Does this sound like an actuator going bad?
Thanks,
Michael

Battery wasn't it. After replacement, the car still beeps 10 times on occasion when I approach rear passenger door with keyfob in hand. Here is a video: https://drive.google.com/open?id=15J...u7x5V-Qd2mQWNE
The passenger side door actuator was recently replaced and after doing more searching it looks like many have reported their actuator going bad so this may be exactly that.
