Been hearing this rattle somewhere near the passenger side B pillar, and it's been getting worse. Turns out it's in the headrest; dealer says they have to replace the assembly inside the headrest. I'm guessing it must have some sort of anti-whiplash device in there or something?

Once again, I'm impressed with Lexus covering it under warranty!

On a related note, I got to drive a new RX350 today--a very nice SUV, but doesn't drive anything like the LS. Loved the small windows in the A pillars to improve visibility. Wonder why more cars don't have that.
