I have a 2010 lexus LS 460 US Specs
With no Radar option.
Suddenly today, the cruise control stopped working, the indicator doesn't even show up
Like it's even not existing...
With no errors on the information display.
It may be as easy as a blown fuse? Where could i find it?
Or what could be the problem and possible solution?

My first suggestion would be a failure of the clockspring/spiral cable located on the steering wheel behind the airbag. Start the car and in park, rotate the steering wheel either fully left or fully right while pushing the cruise button on and off and see if the cruise light comes on.
On other Toyota’s this can be a common fault if any of the steering wheel controls stop working, including cruise control, as the spiral cable wires can fatigue and break over time from the constant turning of the steering wheel.

** update **
Checked fuse 15 under driver side
Fuse : D-IG1-2
was inspected visually, no signs of burnt fuse
got the car battery disconnected, after 15 minute will connect again and try if it's ok or not
than i will try to turn it on with the steering rotating if there is no luck after the battery disconnection

No luck with both, didn't work with your way.
Didn't work after battery disconnection

This appears to be the problem.
Today i saw an SRS light when i was on the road
I did go to the workshop
And it appears to be the spiral cable.
Got it replaced now work as new

Oddly I am having the same exact symptoms. Cruise control stopping working, then I took the forums advice and turned the wheels to test it, and it came back on. That lasted a few days and now the “SRS” warning light came on this morning. So it seems that I also have a bad spiral cable.
Would you be willing to share how much this repair cost? I recently purchased a 2011 LS 460 with only 50k mikes but I have had some bad luck. I replaced 4 upper control arms already and the window stopped working. I do not want to keep sinking money into this car since it seems I found the only Lexus that is a lemon. Thank you.
