This has been an interesting discussion. I think I'm going to try the Pirelli Cinturato P7's, due to the positive reviews from fellow LS460 owners. I too have been looking at the perceptions of a 245 vs 255, but I am also looking to change out my wheels from a chrome to a black variety (haven't decided on which one yet). I "think" I want to stay with 19", but trying to determine value for a change in width/offset while I'm at this stage. I'm seeing a lot of other brand vehicles going with a wider tire. Besides esthetics, Is there any value in a change like that...good/bad?

going to 255 wont do anything except give you a little better grip

you can even go up to a 50 sidewall for the extra comfort
