Default my ride is different on my 2008 Lexus ls460

I recently changed my brakes and rotors with aftermarket brakes and rotors . The ride was still the same for me after this. I then took my car to the dealership then because it was leaking oil. They changed my gaskets over the fuel injection pump, changed a head light and recharged my ac. So after I picked the car up and started driving it, I noticed the ride was much different. The ride was much bumpier, I also started to hear a weird noise come from the front tire. So I took the car back to the Lexus dealership ,told them what was going on and they checked it out. The mechanic told me the noise is because the aftermarket brakes don't have a spring in them and the rotors move that's what's the cause of the noise. He had no explanation for the bumpy ride. Now have anybody had similar problems and does anybody have insight on my issues?

What is your tire pressure set at? Some places just fill your tire pressure to 40psi thinking they are doing you a favor. Stay around 32-35 which makes a big difference

Guarantee the dealer overinflated the tires. Nothing they did should have an impact on the ride.
