Brake Actuator

Got the dreaded dash light up this am regarding a brake system problem so took it in to Lexus. They called me a few minutes ago and said it was indeed the actuator. Best part is it's fully covered by the Lexus 10 year extended warranty. The car is an '11 LS460 with 63k miles.
Interestingly, I never had any brake noise before or after the warning lights, or for that matter, any signs of brake problems.
Anyway, I'm having them do a tranny flush also for $200. At least that's what the service tech called it even though I asked if it would be a pan drop only.
Oh, and 1 other thing. Some of my sticky dash panels under warranty have come in so they will install them also. Free loaner car provided, too.
Hell of a deal...

Congratulations! I'm getting new door panels on my '08 under the ZLZ campaign as well. Big fan of Lexus here. Couple years ago got the warranty dash replacement on my '03 GX, which definitely played a role in staying with Toyota/Lexus. Got my wife a new Sienna this year and didn't even have to think about it!
