Default ML sub/amp isn’t working after rear strut replacement

I know the upper rear seats needed to be flipped down to access the strut bolts. Could the tech somehow have unclipped either the amp or sub and forgot to re-attach? It was working fine when I took it in and now my bass is flat.

Probably so if all the other speakers are working.

I don't know why he would have needed to touch any stereo component whatsoever. None of the stereo stuff is in the way of the strut mounts.
