Buying Wheels From CARiD.com
Has anyone purchased wheels from CARiD.com? I am considering buying some but would like to know how the purchase process went and if there were any issues; if so, how was the customer service experience? Thanks in advance.

CARid is a customer service based business. I would give them a 10/10. I purchased the wrong size rotors for my ls460L and didn't get around to the job until the end of summer. They shipped out the correct rotors, using a local source. I received the shipment the next day. I received full credit for the other rotors.
Customer service was beyond expectation.
If you have concerns about an order or need to apply a military discount(10%), place the order over the phone.
