how to break loose a stuck tire
I changed the oil on my '15 F-sport today and was about to rotate tires/inspect break pads. Unfortunately, the RR tire is stuck and I couldn't break it loose. I took out the the Lexus logo from the center and saw lots of rust on the wheel.
It's disappointing that a tire can be stuck in 8 months ( last tire rotation was Jan'19 in the local dealership): is it common to have stuck tires because of rust for LS 460? For ref, I have a '04 Honda that I've never experienced stuck tires.
P.S. I did find the video:
which I will try next.

Spray rotor hat (where wheel is mounted) and lugs with WD-40 or PB Blaster. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes then kick the tire. I should come out easily after that. That's what I do when replacing seized rotors. It's the same concept. Good luck.
The WD-40 or PB Blaster will help with the rust cleanup on the rotor hats too.

Jack it up, take off the lugs, then kick the top of the wheel with the bottom of your foot like you're kicking a door down. Keep doing it until it comes off. Has always worked for me.

Lexus Champion
Loosen the lug nuts and then drive a few dozen feet
