2013 to 2016 multimedia swap?

Hey there, just wondering if its possible to update my multimedia, nav, and parking sensors to the newer version on my 2013 ls460.... aaaandd does anyone make an aftermarket head unit?

Welcome. Out of curiosity, what updates from 13 to 16 are most important to you. Just having received my 14, I'm rather happy with the tech from that year. Granted, I'd love to see pretty pictures of the artist singing through my speakers, but it wasn't worth all the extra dough.
