hi guys for those of you that did this, do you need new bolts and washers.
Also I think it is best to get new filler and drain plugs, but theres a whole list of plugs and what not if someone can confirm the part numbers that would really make me feel a bit better.
Also a good idea for the differential.
THANKS

Transmission filter part number: 35330-50030. However, I used BECK/ARNLEY replacement filter (part number 0440372) from Rockauto. The Lexus shop manual says that you need to replace the transmission pan seal when you drop the transmission pan. BECK/ARNLEY 0440372 came with the transmission pan seal and 9 bolt washers. The BECK/ARNLEY transmission filter and pan seal looked and felt exactly like the OEM 35330-50030 filter and seal. The shop manual also says that you should always use a new gasket for the drain plug, the overflow plug, and the fill plug (the 24mm plug). I also highly recommend that you use a new drain plug. My drain plug's thread was stripped after 9 drains-and-fills and was stuck to the transmission pan. The part numbers for the transmission drain plug, its gasket the overflow plug gasket and the fill plug gasket are below:
Transmission pan drain plug gasket: 35178-30010; drain plug part#: 9031110011 or 9034110011
Transmission pan overflow plug gasket: 35178-30010 (same as drain plug gasket)
Transmission WS fill 24mm plug o-ring (gasket): 90301-15004
Don't use any liquid seal. Just keep the contact surface of the the transmission pan clean and free from transmission fluid. It is extremely important to evenly and gradually torque the 9 transmission pan bolts to the factory specification. Folks often tend to over-torque these 9 transmission bolts and then get a transmission pan leak.
Hope that this info is helpful.

(this is an assumption but it’s one based on experience with 80s-90s Toyota/Lexus ownership and maintenance)
