Did the other driver receive any ticket at all (red light, reckless driving, etc.)? If so that could really help you out. Also check with city or country for traffic monitoring cameras they have them at almost every intersection here. Get checked out by a doctor ASAP pain can sometimes take time to set in doesn't always happen right away.

About cameras, looks like they don't record, https://www.christophersimon.com/how...n-georgia.html
Thanks for suggestion on the pain. I am going to get it checked out asap.

BMW7, I can't answer your questions because insurance regulations, coverage and procedures vary by state laws. If you were in Massachusetts I could tell you exactly what happens, but in Georgia I haven't a clue. I would say you need to get competent advice from someone knowledgeable with Georgia statues. That might mean an attorney, but hopefully there could be a competent source without cost to you.
If this were Massachusetts it would not matter whether she was on her phone or not as it relates to fault. If she ran a red light she is responsible for the accident regardless of reason. It may matter to the police, but not to you or the insurance company.

It is a total loss
Edit: Sorry, I jumped the gun based on online status of not a total loss. Just talked to the adjuster and it is going to be totaled.

They're not going to fix it. Once it gets to the bodyshop and they start tearing it down it will get totaled pretty quick.
They may not realize what features it has, for instance if you have rain sensor in the windshield etc make sure to tell them that
I also dont see anything in there about the airbag...

Ok, so somewhat low mileage - that's a plus. If you haven't already, start reviewing listings for 2010 to 2012 LS models within a few hundred miles of your location, giving special attention to those with 80,000 to 110,000 miles. Expand your search if you need to. Obviously, in general, asking prices will be a bit higher than actual selling prices, but your goal is to identify comparable cars that are for sale right now to assess your value. Add or subtract for mileage and optional equipment.
$15,900 seems low to me without checking. High teens seems more likely to be true value.
