Check the door jam switch. Jiggle it and see if the interior lights come on. If so, the switch is bad. It’s a cheap fix. Just be sure to clip something to the cable before you remove the part. It could push up into the hole.

See if it's the same thing that happened with my car (2008 LS600hL)...
5 Amp fuse location 2008 LS600hL
...look for my last contribution in here...
Driver side rear door will not open or lock by remote or manual from the outside...
...if that could be something like that ?? If the light inside the trunk are also gone...it should be the same fault that I had...Regards
Arvid
My solution that worked:
SOLUTION:
Yellow 5A fuse gone, located on the left hand side (seen from rear) above and in front of the 12V battery..
Local Lexus here in Stavanger, Norway tried in vain to find out what was wrong.. searched for faults for an hour...and gave up...said to me that they would check with main Lexus in Oslo and phone me..never did...
Had a trip to Lexus in Flensburg, Germany to get new brakes this week..asked if they would search for the fault...could not find out what could be wrong...The mecanic come out when I collected the car, and said it could be a fuse that gone, but did'nt knew witch one if that was the case...They did not have any manuals for the car...Luckily I had the owners manual in the car, in German language ( since the car was sold new in Switzerland), and said they could try to look it up in that one... 10 minutes later everything was "honky dory" and working again...A 5 Amp fuse gone, located above and in front of the 12 Volt battery in the trunk...cost roughly US 1.50..
and the rear lhs door /window/ locking mechanisme was working, the rear seats adjustable again,
also including the rear music system...and the luggage room light....
Lesson learned...always have the owners manual in in the car...and let the workshop know that they can have peek in it....if they can read and understand the language it's printed in 🤗🤗🤗
