Went to see 2011 LS and the interior panels were shot, I know of recalls but how do I check on it?
Do I call corporate or, this car wasn't at a Lexus dealership. I can tell previous owner parked it outside, even the glove box was shot which looked like someone tried painting it....
But the car was sooooooo quite smh awesome

I think if you get the VIN and go to the Dealer they’ll tell you if it’s covered.

You can call Lexus Corporate, give them your VIN and they'll tell you. Get ready if you're covered to wait about a year for the parts. December is one year for me, and I've received 60% of the parts ordered. good luck

If you are covered by one of the campaigns to replace them, you'll have to go to the Dealer to get pictures and determine if you're approved.
