A few weeks back, I was at a Lexus indy shop watching them replace an air compressor on a 2013 LS F Sport. The mechanic told me that the F sport front air dams allows water to get past it which causes corrosion to the air compressor. This is the first time he's ever seen it happen but he said Lexus has a fix for this but I did not think to ask for the TSB since I do not have an F sport.

I did not see a revised fender liner or component for this.

Can anyone confirm receiving a letter or notice of such?

 

I took apart my car. I see why this will be an oncoming problem for the LS with air suspension. The air duct that runs from the front passenger grill is actually two pieces. There is a slit where these two pieces meet. This allows water to make its way into the lower passenger side where the air compressor sits. Be forewarned, especially those driving around salted roads.
