hi all,
Newbie to the forum and i'm in the market for the LS.
I love the design on the body and lexus reliability on the engine but the majority of the lexus LS i look, the front driver seat wears out so fast.
For example, the picture below was from the car with only 61k miles.



is this common for all 4g LS models?
Does your LS have the same problem?

best you can do is regularly clean it with leather cleaner and conditioner. that may help the life of it

Any particular product would you recommend?

not really. i'm bad at maintaining mine since it's already cracked. i'm sure any leather care products will work just fine. it's just a matter of keeping them clean and conditioned so they stay soft

Next step - a rip in the middle of the bottom cushion (stitching). Our ‘08 w/ 140k miles developed it few months ago.
