Navigation screen

I have a 2010 LS 460 with the Mark Levinson audio and navigation. I've almost always left the screen set to audio, rarely using the navigation screen. In the last few weeks, I've noticed that the screen automatically sets itself to navigation at start up. It sometimes take 30 - 40 seconds before I'm able to change it to audio.

Has anyone noticed something similar?

Does it need rebooting?
