Default A/c compressor ?

I noticed today that My ac has stopped working the fan blows the air but the ac dosent seem to engage no cold air any idea on what can be the reason... a bad compressor or a blown up fuse/relay if anyones knows the fuse number that would be a great help

Thank you

You need an auto AC specialist or a Lexus dealer to diagnose the problem. Could be any number of issues - blown compressor, bad clutch, blown fuse, leak in the system, etc, etc.

Start your car while holding the big auto button and the recirculate button at the same time. Wait until ALL the lights flash before letting them go. The AC temp display will flash 2 digit codes, post them here.

Ignore 21 and 24 those are for the solar sensors. 23 is the code for the AC pressure sensor circuit which means your freon is probably low. 55/56 are the driver/passenger air outlet damper for the foot defroster and 59 is the max hot bypass damper.

It should be easy enough for a competent shop to find the leak if you've lost enough freon to set off the pressure switch code. I had this code when my system was empty after changing the heater core.

Glad you got it taken care of without too much hassle. If you don't mind me asking how much did they charge for the job?

Ok so i need to give some details here the first shop tried to find the leak and said that my evaporator is leaking and they will charge me 800$ i was not sure if he knows whats hes saying so i left and went to the other shop. They were able to find the leak and charged me 300$ just to remove the 2 washers and fill the freon i left from there and ended up at one of my old friends garage he charged me 30$ for fixing the leak and charging the freon

So the first shop basically tried to scan you then the second shop actually found the problem but was charging too much in your mind. You then went to your friend and told him what the issue was and he helped you out which only costed you $30. If so then I applaud your efforts at saving money while getting the problem resolved.
